Sattu Pith (सातूचे पीठ)

Sattu Pith (Barley flour) is rich in proteins. It can be given to children by adding sugar or jaggery as per their liking. This flour can be given to children by adding it to milk. Diabetic people can add jaggery instead of sugar.
