Welcome to The Food Station, a multi-vendor portal for selling homemade food products. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
For Vendors:
- FSSAI Registration: All vendors must obtain FSSAI registration or license before they start selling their products on our platform.
- Food Safety: Vendors must ensure that the food they sell is safe for consumption and complies with the food safety standards set by FSSAI.
- Labeling: Vendors must label their products clearly, stating that they were made at home and have not been inspected.
- Packaging: Vendors must ensure that the packaging of their products is safe and secure. The packaging must be tamper-proof and should not contaminate the food.
- Delivery: Vendors must ensure that the food is delivered to the customers in a timely and safe manner. They must also ensure that the food is delivered at the right temperature to prevent spoilage.
- Customer Service: Vendors must provide excellent customer service to their customers. They must be responsive to customer queries and complaints and must take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Compliance: Vendors must comply with all the rules and regulations set by FSSAI and other regulatory authorities. They must also comply with the terms and conditions set by The Food Station.
For Buyers:.
- Delivery: Buyers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. They must also ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified time.
- It is assumed that buyers have read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Disclaimer Policy before buying the product. Buying the product will be assumed that the buyer has agreed to the above clauses.
- Payment: Buyers must make the payment for the products they purchase through our platform. They must not make any direct payments to the vendors.
- Buyers must not enter into any direct dealings with the customers. Any dispute arising in such situation should be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds and Returns: Buyers must follow the refund and return policy set by The Food Station. They must also provide valid reasons for requesting refunds or returns.
General:
- Liability: The Food Station shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the sale of products by vendors or the purchase of products by buyers.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising between vendors and buyers shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
- Termination: The Food Station reserves the right to terminate the account of any vendor or buyer who violates the terms and conditions set by us.
- Amendments: The Food Station reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our platform.
